Re Simple Screw Counter, I support this kind of automation. It apparently doesn't make your process faster, and might even make it slower, but also lets you make fewer errors, and so in the end saves you the time that fixing those errors would take. I developped such automation for my dayjob. I just have one question. Why is this not in the hardware projects category? ------------- |

Hello, yes I suppose it could be. For a long time I've been meaning to split the categories or maybe replace it with tags so that things could be better organised, I have too many things in Hardware, maybe it should be split into electronics, machining, etc. The nut counter is definitely faster, the screw counter is marginal but yeah I feel much less likely to make a mistake with it. ------------- |
