I have just finished soldering it and assembled it. On first power up it gives me ‘d2 Error’. I have emailed Tim. Has anyone seen this and knows what it means? Thanks, Simon ------------- |

Responded by email, but for anyone else finding this, d2 Error means the date side is not responding, and is most likely a problem with the hinge cable. There is a full list of error messages the clock can show here, though most of them should never happen: https://mitxela.com/projects/precision_clock_mk_iv/docs#error-messages ------------- |

With Tim's help I found the problem in my case. It was sloppy soldering of the Hall sensor. The three leads are very close together and it's very easy to solder bridge between these three pins. Once that was fixed, all was good. ------------- |
