Hi, I recently damaged 2 of the black keys in my Yamaha KX5 and needed to take it apart. I managed to find and resolve the issue, but when putting the keys back in, they were really wobbly and loose. I read the repair page and saw a part about tab that stops side-to-side motion, but mine are intact on both keys. I've tried putting them in and wiggling them into place but nothing works. Is there a precise special way to put the key back that I'm doing wrong or is something else wrong with the keytar. Thanks! ------------- |

It's a while since I've taken mine apart, so I can't really remember. I would recommend carefully dismantling one of the other keys that isn't wobbling, and taking a look at how it compares. Or at least see if you can put the non-broken ones back together correctly. ------------- |
