Hello, I have to say that your StyloCard is magnificent, and I may thing in something lake that for my own. I learned about it in the New Atlas article and after watch the video on how it works I would like to sugest to replace the key board for a capacitive sense key board. It will be very easy for you to migrate your actual firmware to a ucontroller with this kind of peripherial. I will be more than happy to help you to implement this kind of sensor for your card and get rid of the Stylus. Here are some links that may help you: http://www.st.com/en/embedded-software/stm32cube-mcu-packages.html?querycriteria=productId=LN1897 http://www.st.com/en/embedded-software/stm32-standard-peripheral-library-expansion.html?querycriteria=productId=LN1734 ------------- |

Hi. Capsense certainly is one solution to my stylus problem. But... there are a couple of reasons why I'm not sold on the idea. It is, after all, a miniature keyboard -- only 78mm wide -- and playing with fingers might be quite a bit more difficult than the stylus. But the main reason is that without the stylus, it wouldn't be a stylophone! ------------- |
