Hi, my precision clock is encountering a issue. As I said in the title, it will start up, obtain a signal and display the date and time, but then immediately loses signal and does not find it again. It was working properly before I moved it into my office room, but now it won't work properly. I have bought and installed the GPSMOD1315 antenna but it has not fixed the issue. Could it be an interference problem? I'm not sure what to do next. Any help or suggestions are welcome. Thank you! ------------- |

It's possible something in the office is giving off interference. Try moving it back to where it was before and see if it starts working again, that should tell you if it's the office that's the problem or if the clock has broken. If it is the office that's the problem, aside from looking for interference culprits, you could relocate the GPS module and have a cable between it and the clock. ------------- |
