I was reading the instructions and specifications of the Precision Clock Mk II 1/2, and only could find the power supply requirements of 5 VDC. What is the current drain? Would a Raspberry Pi4 power supply be sufficient (removing the present connector and of course replacing this with an appropriate plug that will fit the barrel jack). ------------- |

The current draw is a function of the display brightness, which adjusts automatically but has a maximum brightness setting. At highest brightness, it draws about 500mA. At the lowest brightness, less than 10mA. A Raspberry Pi4 power supply is rated for something like 3000mA, so will easily power the clock. ------------- |
