Idk if it's possible but. When you click then pen on and off. Perhaps with the small friction from the pen clicking. You could create. Small burst of light up LEDs on the the pen. I think that would be pretty cool ------------- |

Might work. I am reminded of one of the earliest projects on Instructables, from nearly 20 years ago, called Shake it like a Tic Tac. It has a tiny coil and a magnet which charges a battery to power an LED. If you skipped the battery, just wired an LED directly to a coil, it would probably have a burst of light each time the magnet went through it. You could use the firing mechanism of a piezo-ignition, which has a strong spring and releases suddenly, to maximise the motion of the magnet. Or, just use a piezo ignition directly. It would probably burn out the LED if wired up without some protection. Maybe fire the piezo into a tiny transformer to drop the voltage. ------------- |

Perhaps you could use some capicators and resistors for the quartz crystal one. Perhaps make the light fade away after a click. But that's just my idea I'm only starting electronics recently. Anyway the hardest part would probably be fitting it within the pen. Buy a cyberpunkish pen would be pretty neat ------------- |
