I cannot give you the exact model number, I just bought a big bag of the cheapest ones, once I'd checked it worked. It's likely that the first or second row in that table is the one you want, an "on" resistance of maybe 10K would work.

But there are two other resistors, one of them adjustable, on the board so that you can adjust it to match the LDR. They're labelled as R_min_brightness and R_max_brightness on the schematic. Probably easiest to just pick whatever LDR you like and play with the other two resistors.
