I purchased the clock in February and I'm still waiting that's completely fine but I'm just wondering if there are any news of parts arriving? ------------- |

Hi, sorry you've had so long to wait. One order of parts simply went missing. Another order got mysteriously (and infuriatingly) returned to sender -- as far as I know it did not even leave China. I'm currently waiting for another order with priority shipping, so it shouldn't be too long, maybe just a few more days. Unfortunately more orders have continued to stack up during this wait, so when the parts arrive it won't even clear the backlog. As always, I'll work my way through the orders starting with the oldest. You are of course very welcome to a refund if you like. This whole pandemic/lockdown has been quite frustrating, I've even considered simply giving up and refunding everyone. Hopefully it won't come to that. ------------- |
