Hey there members, I've been watching the Youtube videos and lurking for a bit. I finally caved and made an account, so I thought introducing myself would be a good start for my time here. While a lot of the discussion here and on Youtube is about tech projects, I am not very skilled with tech. Though, I do find it very fascinating and I am trying my best to learn. I am not very sure what I would like to create utilizing technology, though I think game development is where I want to start. If anybody has got any tips about anything, please share them with me. Welcome! I know it's the style these days to have a subreddit or facebook group or whatever, but there's nothing quite like a self-hosted message board, with all of its quirks and inconveniences. Game dev is a good place to start, it is in fact exactly where I started, first in QBasic and then Gamemaker and Flash MX. ------------- |
