Good question. Basically, once I found out how cheap you can get PCBs from China I stopped etching them at home. The only reason to etch them yourself is if you need them really quickly. The boards I ordered from China the other day arrived just over a week later, and they're much higher quality than anything I could make at home. The only interesting circuit board etching I've done since then is making the charliestar project which involved etching a flexible PCB, but the process was pretty much the same. ------------- |

To make the PCB, you have to do some steps and the steps are as follows. First desiogn and then cut it. Next print the inner layer, after that remove the unwanted layer and then do the optical inspection.
