Hi mitxela, regarding https://mitxela.com/projects/lightcomm / https://mitxela.com/img/uploads/blinken/lightcomm/dualdevboards.jpg How did you manage to squeeze the QFN plus traces into the TSSOP footprint? I.e. what changes did you make to the standard footprints? I can only manage it with 5° rotation and 6 mil traces/clearance. I don't mind the rotation but the traces are a bit too thin for my taste. Any hints and/or the files would be appreciated! ;-) ------------- |

Hi, I am super busy at the moment but when I get a chance I'll stick the kicad files up somewhere. I don't remember it needing to be rotated. ------------- |

Hi mit, thanks for getting back. In the meantime I've managed to design a board with increased track width 10 mil with the QFN at 5 degrees. Looks a bit weird but kinda matches the teardrops and 'melted' tracks ;-) But I (and probably others) would still appreciate the files if only to figure out how you did it. Happy hacking! ------------- |
